Price includes pre work compatability check, full format of hard drive including any data backup required, full install and full update of OS plus all your previous software reinstalled.
I can also arrange a DIY package including a full step by step guide with screen shots, this package is offered at half price of mobile install(£15 + £2 p+p payment via paypal)
