Seagate Momemtus XT 500gb hybrid drive +

Seagate Momemtus XT 500gb 2.5" 7200rpm hard drive. A brilliant upgrade for any laptop. This is a hybrid drive so has 4gb of solid state memory. The drive automatically uses this SSD for the most commonly used files, so the performance of the drive is approaching the speed of an SSD - much faster than a traditional drive. I used one in a Macbook Pro and the speed increase over the stock drive was huge. This drive has been certified factory repaired by Seagate, you can see this in the photo. Mine failed due to rough handling and I managed to get it replaced under warranty. While it was away I splashed out on a full SSD so no longer need this drive. It still has a warranty of about 18 months to run. Will happily post, £5 recorded delivery.
