Dell xps 502x 15" i5 8gb ram still in warranty ?

this was bought as a refurb so no box or disks, but it does have the genuine windows key on the bottom and a recovery partition leaving 606GB of hard disk space. I upgraded the ram to 8GB of crucial Ram XPS L502x Hard Drive : 640GB Serial ATA (7200RPM) Battery : Primary 6-cell 56W/HR LI-ION Graphics : 1GB NVIDIA GeForce GT 525M Graphics card Ram: 8 GB (2x4GB)1333MHz DDR3 Dual Channel Memory 8X DVD +/- RW DRIVE 15.6" HD WLED True-Life (1366x768) with 2.0 Mega Pixel Integrated Camera Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium (64 BIT) Intel Core i5-2540M processor 2.60 GHz It is in great condition and still even has the protective film on the keyboard! It does just have a couple of marks on the lid & one edge where it has been in and out of the bag. Battery life is excellent and it has been fully erased and restored as a new machine. There is still just under 90 days warranty remaining with Dell according to the service tag.
